Where is your wood sourced from?

Our timber is provided by one of WA’s largest timber providers, Independent Timber Supplies. Independent Timber Supplies have been chosen as they source their timber from sustainably-managed forests. Every tree harvest is replaced, so you’re choosing a natural product that they can keep planting, growing, and using for the future. 

Is the timber treated?

Yes, all our timber is treated to Australian Standards.

How is wood a sustainable option?

Our timber comes from sustainably-managed forests. As the trees are harvested, we’re able to continue planting new trees that continue to remove CO2 from the air and help us work towards a cleaner environment.

Do any of the products require council approval and is that taken care of by Timber Grove?

Most of the structures we offer will require council approved. We will take care of that for you and it is built into the price quoted.

Do you provide any landscaping, electrical or plumbing?

We don’t provide landscaping however, we can point you in the direction of landscapers we have used in the past. Electrical connection is provided on a quote by quote basis and will depend on distance to your house as well as what Timber Grove product you are building. Plumbing is included in the price of all Granny Flats.

How long does construction take?

Once we are given the go ahead, we will do everything in our power to have your Timber Grove building completed as quickly as possible for you. After your proposed Timber Grove building is council approved, we will complete the work as follows: 

 Shed, Garage, Pool house – 3 to 4 months.

Granny Flat – 6 to 8 months.

Do you provide your products as a kit that I can construct myself?

No. To ensure that our product is completed to the highest quality possible, we want to see completion from start to finish. We also think that we can save you time and money given our construction team’s speed and intimate knowledge of each product.

Can I modify the plans to suit my space?

Absolutely. Everyone and every house is unique so we want you to be 100% satisfied with what you are proposing to building around your property.
